Q1: What’s your name?

A: My name is Faith James

Q2: What do you do at Swifta?

A: I am Customer Service Officer with Swifta;  I liaise with agents on a day to day basis, find out their issues, engage concerned parties and ensure solutions are provided.

Q3: What’s one professional skill you are currently working on? 

A: People Management skill

Q4: If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?

A: Expert in speaking and understanding as many languages as possible. with this, I can survive anywhere.

Q5: What’s your favourite way to unwind? 

A: Playing video games

Q6: Do you have any hidden talents? What is it?

A: Making people happy, I tend to make people smile and laugh even in difficult situations, it eases tension and ensures happiness for the moment.

Q7:  What’s your favourite sport to watch and which team do you root for?

A: I am not a sports person, but every member of my family watches football and are man-u fans, therefore I would support man-u if I have to.

Q8: What’s one song that you have memorised completely? 

A: Joyner Lucas: I’m not racist

Q10: If you could only have three apps on your smartphone, which would you pick?

A: WhatsApp, Gmail and YouTube.
