Swifta Systems has advanced its commitment to gender equality through an advocacy campaign in commemoration of the 2020 International Women’s Day. The company, on Monday, March 9, 2020 organized a mentorship session for female staff anchored on the theme of this year’s International Women’s Day event, “Each for Equal”

The event which took place at the company’s board room was facilitated by Adija Uzodinma, Head, Information Technology, Renmoney and Opeyemi Adekugbe, Lead, Quality Assurance, Interswitch.

Speaking at the event, Chief Executive Officer of Swifta Mr. Ayo Farinu, emphasized that gender balance is more than a moral imperative or a “women’s issue.”

The guest speakers charged women to think equal, build smart and innovate for change. Also, they encouraged women to be the best version of themselves.
